All selected and edited photographs shall be delivered through a password-protected online gallery.
Delivery of the final images may take up to thirty (30) working days from the date of the photography session. The Photographer shall curate and deliver only the final selected images in accordance with the package opted for by the Client.
Any additional images requested beyond the package inclusions may be purchased at an additional cost of INR 1,000 per image.
All images shall be delivered exclusively in digital JPEG format. RAW files, unedited images, or any other formats shall not be shared under any circumstances.
The final images shall be delivered in two (2) sets:
- High-resolution, print-ready digital files without watermark
- Web-optimised digital files with watermark
Photobooks, frames, and other print products shall be designed and produced only after the delivery of the digital images. Upgrades to print products may be availed at an additional cost. To avail any package-included offers on frames, photobooks, or other print formats, the Client must finalise selections within ninety (90) days from the date of digital image delivery. After this period, any print products shall be treated as a new paid order.
In the event that the specified frame size is unavailable or unsuitable, the Photographer reserves the right to resize the frame to the nearest equivalent size, based on portrait or landscape orientation.
All print products must be collected in person from Rabbit Foot Photography. Courier or shipping services shall not be provided due to the risk of damage during transit. Print products shall be retained at the studio for a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date of intimation. Products not collected within this period shall be sent for recycling and may thereafter be reordered only as a fresh paid order.
All creative concepts, poses, and shot lists shall be discussed and mutually agreed upon before the photography session, with due consideration to the safety, comfort, and cooperation of the baby and family members.
For photography sessions conducted outside the city of Delhi/NCR, additional travel and accommodation charges shall apply and shall be borne by the Client.
In the case of the Belly to Baby Package, if either the maternity session or the newborn session does not take place for any reason, the remaining session shall automatically be upgraded to the first available basic package, at the Photographer’s discretion.
