All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the photographs shall remain exclusively with Rabbits Foot Photography.
Rabbits Foot Photography reserves the right to display selected images from the photography session on its official website, social media platforms, portfolios, promotional materials, and other marketing or advertising channels for the purpose of self-promotion and business development.
The Client may share only the watermarked, web-optimised images provided by Rabbits Foot Photography on personal social media platforms. The Client shall not remove watermarks, alter, edit, crop, or use the images for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Rabbits Foot Photography.
If the Client wishes to restrict Rabbits Foot Photography from using any images from the session for online display or marketing purposes, the Client may purchase a partial copyright usage restriction at an additional fee. The Client is required to contact Rabbits Foot Photography directly for details regarding availability and pricing of such rights.
Rabbits Foot Photography respects the privacy of all clients and exercises discretion by using only a limited selection of images for showcasing its work on officially administered websites and social media platforms. All reasonable privacy requests shall be honoured; therefore, the option to purchase partial copyright usage restrictions is provided to accommodate such requests.
