2. Services
Rabbits Foot Photography provides professional photography services including, but not limited to, portraits, events, weddings, commercial, lifestyle, and product photography.
Specific details such as deliverables, pricing, timelines, and usage rights will be agreed upon at the time of booking, either digitally or in writing.
3. Bookings & Payments

- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance/deposit, as communicated at the time of booking.
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- The remaining balance must be paid on or before the date of the photography session unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services without liability.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

- Cancellations made by the client within 10 days of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the advance amount.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 10 days in advance and are subject to availability.
- Rabbits Foot Photography reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to illness, adverse weather conditions, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure). In such cases, amounts paid will be adjusted toward a rescheduled date or refunded, at our discretion.
5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

- All photographs, videos, and creative content produced remain the intellectual property of Rabbits Foot Photography under the Copyright Act, 1957.
- Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only, unless commercial usage rights are explicitly purchased in writing.
- Images may not be edited, sold, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6. Usage & Model Release
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients grant Rabbits Foot Photography permission to use images for:
- Portfolio display
- Website and social media promotion
- Marketing and advertising materials
Clients who do not wish to grant this permission must inform us in writing before the photography session.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

- Arrive on time and ensure the cooperation of all participants
- Obtain necessary permissions, permits, or approvals for shoot locations
- Inform us in advance of any restrictions, special requirements, or sensitive subjects
Rabbits Foot Photography shall not be responsible for compromised results due to non-cooperation, delays, or undisclosed restrictions.
8. Limitation of Liability
While all reasonable efforts are made to deliver high-quality services, Rabbits Foot Photography shall not be liable for:

- Loss or damage caused by factors beyond our control
- Unforeseen technical failures or data loss
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

Users agree not to:

- Attempt to access restricted areas or systems
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce website content without written permission

10. Privacy

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
